Administration module helps you perform the following functions.

System Audit

ROVAN IMS allows you to monitor when and by whom the system has been used. It shows the login time and logout time.

Backup

ROVAN IMS takes automatic back up of the database whenever you close the system and keeps it in the same computer. You can take the backup in external devices like CD-ROM or Zip drive or Tape Drive.

Temporary Lock

You can lock the system temporarily when you leave it for a while. You can unlock it again using your password.

ROVAN IMS helps you to achieve better control and better service.
