2. What are the system requirements to run ROVAN IMS?

Hardware and software configuration for a company to implement ROVAN IMS software.

3. Is it possible to customise the software?

Yes. ROVAN IMS is a proven software implemented at several institutions. The package is designed to take care of a standard functions. The package has number of preference settings and user defined rules to meet specific requirements. It is flexible and accommodates changes in the institution. Inspite of these facilities if the institution still feels that their functions are not covered ROVAN IMS will be modified according to them. But normally customization will be charged extra based on the volume of the work involved.
